Sitting through DVD called Shark Boy and Lava Girl. Again. And it's official it is the worst kids film I've ever seen Why couldn't DS pick something good like most of the Pixar films :cool:
Made Nigella's Storecupboard Chocolate and Orange cake and we're all stuffed to the gills after having it with ice cream. Very nice it was too Head still muzzy so will have to get some more liquid in me.
Had a mum come round to see me about work come September as I am losing one of my regulars. She loved it here and is keen to go ahead with contracts :T It's not a great deal of money but every little helps

Kids are tired so hopefully an earlish night for them <crosses fingers>

NPM - Not sure whether to hope the scan shows something or not If it does I hope it's nothing serious. Can they do anything for yours or not as it's hormonal? I don't know how you manage with them TBH. I've had bad headaches and a couple that have made me feel sick and that was bad enough x

Lamewolf - am loving the Hester comment :rotfl::rotfl:

JackieO - My mum named me after Churchills mother but I think that's about as close as I can get to the family Churchill :rotfl:

Hope all the good news stays good and those not having such a good time have better times.

DD gave me a lift to work this morning as she had a few bits to get before her work. Didn't take the bike as rain was forecast. Went for the bus but just missed one and it is an hour for the next one. Decided to walk (it's 5 miles) and ended up soaked! My hands were freezing but the rest of me was really quite warm! My jeans were very heavy at the bottom too. Anyway had a shower and feel ok now.

Made macaroni cheese for tea which was yummy and having a chilled evening now. Would go and sort the washing but think my legs ache!!

Was looking forward to a lie in tomorrow but DD has informed me that she is starting work at 8.45!!

Molly I had problems logging on earlier, had to try 5 times !! I think there may be a problem with the system, maybe try again later x

It chucked me out earlier, too. Had to try twice to get back in. I think maybe they tweaked something a little too hard when they tweaked the servers this morning.:(

Spent most of the morning going through the new schedule for my house insurance which is due mid-May and is now €633 instead of the €440 I paid last year...have made no claim so seriously discombobulated by that! Will shop around and see if I can do better.

Had some really nice corned beef with cabbage and mash for dinner, don't have it often as it is expensive, well I think so...there is enough to make a sandwich after OH and I had dinner and it cost €8.86! We will have something MUCH cheaper to-morrow to make up for it.

All clothes in and dry, will need to put them away soon or dining room will be full of clothes.
