You are making a judgment - you do not know that she is 'getting away' with anything.

Exactly. All my disabilities are invisible. I either come across as looking normal, drunk or just as though I've woken up.:o

Providing that she is actually claiming for Social anxiety ALONE and is then putting herself in social situations that are unnecessary (frequently) then how could she possibly claim?

That is the whole point, we don't really know what she is claiming for, or if the information given in the blog is accurate.

    Hi,

There are many levels of anxiety, my son disappeared last year, walking away from college, home, his family in fact everything. He had a deep depression and totally broke down where he tried, and almost succeeded in killing himself. All his problems seem to stem from social phobia and anxiety this all from one of the most popular kids in his school/college, he has tons of friends and msot people find him charming and easy going. So when he had his breakdown it was a total bolt from the blue and the talk of the town (almost).

Even now, living back at home thank the lord, he's a very insecure young man who trembles at the thought of going into the JC+ tomorrow just to hand in sick note. On the outside he seems to function fairly normally but each day he'll say or do something that reminds everyone just how fragile he really is.

Please think very carefully about how you feel about this girl and whether you want to report something. If the DWP investigated my son because someone got the wrong end of the stick I know for a fact he'd go off the deep end again especially after seeing the state he's in this evening looking at his sick note.

    billy,

I know a lady who told me that she claims for longtime depression, ever since postnatal dep 18 years ago. she admits theres nothing wrong with her. I cant see how she has managed to fool her doctor all this time, and any other doctors who will heve seen her.
also she had a full time job for over a year, cash in hand, in another town. It was my friend she worked for.
It has bothered me over the 5years since i saw her, but didnt feel it my place to say anything.
Well done to you for holding down a job, I too have serious issues over going places on my own.
