He is my absolute rock and I'm EXTREMELY happy to be marrying him! :rotfl:
He's most of the reason I haven't turned into Bridezilla - everything possible can go wrong as long as we end up married!0 -

I went for underwear that made me feel good in my dress as that is what I wore most of the day and ended up being boring, plain strapless bra and hold-me-in big pants - my dress was quite straight so didn't really have anywhere to hide and needed something to hold me in/up! But I know lots of people get lots of confidence from corsets which I have worn before but didn't sit right under my dress.
Another vote not to get hung up about a 'wedding night' - I knew we would both be tired & for an easy life we had my step-daughter and dog in the room with us - very romantic!
Another vote for both Rigby and Peller and Bravissimo - both are used to all sorts of sizes and R&P in particular make wonderful underwear if you can afford it.0 -
I had some shaper pants from Matalan (£6) ...and so did hubby! :rotfl:
I got a bra from bravissimo (just an ivory "normal" bra in the end) and some ivory "normal" knickers and just took the shaper pants off and put an ivory silky negligee thing on for the night...along with the garterIt was enough, trust me
I got straps put onto my dress by the seamstress who did my alterations, and it was great to be comfortable, not need to keep pulling up my dress/bra, and not feel like everyone could see the fat rolls poking over the top of a strapless creation! :rotfl:
The key is to be comfy. If you're not feeling like you look good, then you won't look it - cos you'll have that look of uncertainty and it'll show out in the photos and to your wedding guests.
And yes, I'm a biiig girl, with tree trunk legs and a more than ample bosom(20/40F-ish)
