Have you checked your power steering fluid Yet ?
lack of it will effect your steering .
It's not difficult to do this yourself inspect your steering pump connections hoses and lines around the steering assembly looking for any leaks .
I will also mention few other possibilities worn steering gear , ball sockets , in the steering assembly or worn suspension .0 -

Hi meradil, and welcome to MSE :hello:
You appear to have a power steering fault. I would suggest you get a good garage to investigate and resolve for you

i get pumps and pipes if needed from a dedicated breakers,a decent breaker knows issues like these and keeps the bits
got tired of changing rotten ka power pipes mind
much cheaper than dodgy reconditioned rubbish thats available in the aftermarket0
