Is that number listed as in your inclusive minutes?
My o2 tariff, for example, excludes 070xx numbers0 -

07404 is classified as follows:
Code: 074 Area:
Mobile Locality: (Insufficient digits or no match)
Tariff Band: WiFi Services (fw7) (inc VAT)
Service: Mobile WiFi
Not a true mobile number according to this. As far as I am aware mobile numbers begin 075, 076, 077, 078 and 079. Anything else may not be treated as a mobile number.0 -
But you do see whats happening here right? 075, 076, 077, 078 etc are all mobile numbers...and 074 also appears to be.
How easy is to confuse the two?
Anyway should i call them and complain? i know what they will say. 074 numbers are not part of the contract. I took my contract out 15months ago though!0 -
T-Mobile state inclusive minutes apply whilst in the uk to uk numbers starting 01,02 or 03 exld Jersey, Guernsy or Isle of Mann.
a full list of their charges can be found:
http://support.t-mobile.co.uk/resources/sites/TMOBILE/content/live/DOCUMENTS/0/DO115/en_GB/36010567_Lit_What_it_costs.pdf
From the way they lay out the charges I believe they should not be charging for these calls0 -

They will get round it by saying that 074 is not a number belonging to a mobile network and therefore they are within their rights to charge. You will find that the number is not allocated to one of the 5 networks. I think you will find that Virgin Mobile's numbers are allocated to T-Mobile who give them to Virgin.0 -

Yeh i think i will just have to bite the bullet. Cant do much about it!!!
Just because Tmobile have issues with Lycamobile i have to pay! Disgusting!0 -
How long before people get the message about T-mobile? T-mobile is the Ryanair of the mobile phone world. Looks cheap until you want to use any service it considers to be 'unusual' but most consumers would consider included - like voicemail for example. Totally ignore consumer and contract law too. I had to take T-mobile to court when they decided to increase 0870 calls but would not let me leave. At least they had to pay me more than £400 compensation.
Simply, T-mobile is rubbish!0
