The glazing company are simply asking for evidence of the replacement cost, this doesn't have to be in the form of a receipt.

I would advise that you get the model number from the back of the damaged TV and then look this up on a few websites, Tesco, Comet, Currys, etc.. Then print off the item page showing the price and send this to the glazing company giving them the option to send you a replacement TV or a cheque for the amount to purschase a new one.
