- your first call is to the glazing company who fitted your patio door - they broke the tv and you should try and reclaim the cost off them.
- failing that your household insurance is next
- I would write to Tesco explaining your position - that you signed for a tv that you had not ordered but were informed you were to sign for by the delivery driver. (?) It has been subsequently damaged and you are awaiting insurance payment. Request that your money is refunded when your insurance has paid and you have reimbursed Tesco
- Learn a lesson about accepting and using items you have not ordered!
