I'm now waiting to hear from the marketing department as they decide if you fulfill the conditions. Quite impressed with the secure messaging as I sent a message over the weekend and it's been answered first thing this morning. Won't be so impressed if I don't get my £75 !!

Husband had the same response re Marketing Department (message sent last week, and they said he'd have a reply within the next week). I can not see how they could refuse his £75, as everything was identical to mine ("switch" done from one of his Halifax Reward accounts) and I had my £75 on the 30 April.

Hi. I am now about ten or eleven weeks since the transfer completed. I sent two secure messages and have had the same "Marketing Department are responsible for this promotion and they will get back to me" message. That was seven days ago.

I fulfilled all the criteria to qualify for the payment. Hopefully they will credit us soon. :)

Still waiting for my £75 too - sent a secure message to the Switching Department last Friday who are contacting the Marketing Department - nothing yet and it's definitely been over 8 weeks now :(

Rang Nationwide last night. As the Marketing Dept finish at 5pm, left it with a Supervisor from Banking and Savings department, who said she'd contact them today to find out what's going on. Whether or not she calls husband today remains to be seen. Told them would escalate it to a complaint if not dealt with, as Nationwide are now outside their 8 week period of when they said the incentive would be paid. Will post the response (if he gets one!).

Husband has had his £75 today. Letter confirming switch was dated 9 March.

YAY! Got my £75 today too. My transfer completed 19th February. They should have made the payment by 19th April. So two messages to them through E-bank and they finally made the award.

Am chuffed for you other ones that have received your payment too - albeit late! :)
