Haven't had mine yet. For me, there's 2 weeks' left of their 8 week time frame. I guess they want to hold on to their £75 as long as possible.
  • Me neither, but the last of my DD/SO I set up to swap accounts has gone out today so fingers crossed......

My account was opened on 4th March. I've not received my £75 either. I did send them a message last night querying it - I'll let you know if I get a reply :) Looks like a lot of peeps got theirs at the end of March - so I'm hoping that there will be another mass crediting of accounts at the end of this month, and not that we've got to start complaining.....

  • BEWARE if you ask for a list of your d/d and s/orders then you will not get the £75, I found that out the hard way.

Not received my payment yet. Applied online at end Feb with automatic switching, account opened beginning March. Sent message via internet on Monday but no reply to date. So far I have not found Nationwide to be very helpful, as they made an error in my address, which prevented accessing my account via the internet until I went into a branch. Their telephone/internet customer service does not seem to be very efficient, compared to Smile and First Direct.

I should have received mine by 19th April and nothing. I have met all the conditions. I sent a secure message to "assisted account transfer" team on Sunday and had nothing back so far. :(

My experience of their secure message system has never been that good. I've found I have to ring them to get anywhere near any sense. Don't forget to post result here if they reply :).

I have not received any response from Nationwide to my secure message so have sent a further message entitled COMPLAINT today. It is now 9 weeks since my transfer completed. Will keep you posted.

Yep, got mine a couple of weeks after they transfered a couple of DD's from A&L
    Easiest £75 I've ever made!

Just had secure message from nationwide saying i will be credited with £75 in next few days. Only took week to reply to my message.

So they have taken the full 8 weeks to fullfill their switching offer.

Oh and I had a problem with 2 direct debits switching, council tax required manual switching, credit card company charged for a mispayment.

So overall the switching process for me was not easy, as i switched all my DDs.
