I have an account with Quidco and TCB, I have never had any problems with either company. I do however have a slight preference for TCB as I like the way the site works and you also don't have to pay the £5.00 fee every year.

I am about to purchase a large value item. Uptodate I have always used Quidco but seen a few reviews recently of poeple not getting their money.

I have never used Topcashback should I use them I dont want to not get the cashback as will be nearly £200.

    Thanks

do they both pay the same cashback amount for the retailer, if not i would go with the one that plays the highest

i have been using quidco for a year now and have recently also joined top cash back and notice between some merchants there is some differences in cash back amounts.

    Hi,

I have just spotted this and of course everyone has the right to choose where they shop. Just to clarify, though, all genuine transactions are paid. When we receive cashback it is passed on, and we use the same tracking as other cashback sites. Like other cashback sites, we are an intermediary in that we are dependant on the systems and processes of our merchants and their intermediaries. We also guarantee that your earnings enquiries will be resolved within 60 days.

I just wanted to clarify these points for anyone who is not familiar with Quidco.

    Kind regards,
    Jules

I've never had my cash back from Asdas, despite having done some big shops and complained about it.

Ive always been with Quidco but I have to say Ive also had genuine transactions declined which is a bit sickening when you have basically chosen to buy from those merchants because the cash back made them the best buy. If you dont get the cash back then you have actually lost out. I found Boots kitchen appliances was the worse offender.

And then there was a magazine sub I took out and never got cash back - when I queried it quidco said they couldnt investigate that particular merchant. Whats the point of having merchants who dont actually have to pay out?

TCB, TCB all the way. Had over 400 pounds from them. They do keep their word about their fair play policy. I had two transaction where merchant didn't pay, however I got half the amount from TCB's pocket. Atleast didnt lose all of it. TCB 9/10 & Quidco 6/10
I have a problem for your solution

Because, Quidco charge 5 annually. And i have used Quidco and they re-track my transaction which was 42 cashback, but when they check with the company, the cash back as fallen to only 28. I still have not got any cash back from them for over 3months now. TCB is very good and you can see the time scale to get paid. They pay on time too!

It has to be TCB. Quidco is rubbish at tracking and most earnings enquiries are not resolved.

I have had over £500 from quidco, only had one declined for Argos and as it was less than £1 I let it go. I dont use TCB but my husband does and he has never had a problem with it.

Agree same here, plus dont have to wait ages to get paid with TCB, Quidco only pay once a month that sucks :j
No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
