Topcashback or Quidco?

I am about to purchase a large value item. Uptodate I have always used Quidco but seen a few reviews recently of poeple not getting their money.

I have never used Topcashback should I use them I dont want to not get the cashback as will be nearly £200.

Thanks

  • From my experience of both, I would prefer to use TCB. I have had tracking issues with both and TCB handled my query better than QuidCo.

Others I'm sure will say the opposite.

I too would choose TCB for that reason.

TCB Is so much better in every way. No £5, up to 10% topup extra, better tracking. Cant vouch for there customer service as never needed it but had few problems with quidco

Another vote for Topcashback , although I've never had payments rejected/not tracked on either site

  • I generally favour TCB as well. The tracking seems to be more reliable for me than with Quidco. I will say, however, that those enquiries I had to put through with TCB are being handled exceedingly slow. Think the oldest one goes back to last May, despite sending "nudges".

Just to add some balance. I've been using Quidco regularly for nearly 2 years and never had any issues, all purchases have tracked and paid out.

    Hi,

I have just spotted this and of course everyone has the right to choose where they shop. Just to clarify, though, all genuine transactions are paid. When we receive cashback it is passed on, and we use the same tracking as other cashback sites. Like other cashback sites, we are an intermediary in that we are dependant on the systems and processes of our merchants and their intermediaries. We also guarantee that your earnings enquiries will be resolved within 60 days.

I just wanted to clarify these points for anyone who is not familiar with Quidco.

    Kind regards,
    Jules

  • Sorry all genuine payments are not paid, I took out insurance with kwikfit via quidco & for some reason it tracked twice. I pointed this out to quidco who said that it should resolve itself in time, after over a year of raising queries about it, Kwik fit declined to pay & i was told there was nothing i could do!! so lost out on £42.
