hang on first he lies about being on the phone and now he is saying the other guy ran a red light, yeah right. He was ON the phone and managed to hit a huge thing (i.e. another car) and we're to believe he knew the colour of the lights!!!

Not sure what advantage there is in admitting the phone use, confession might be good for the soul but generally it’s bad for the pocket and licence
