Thanks. Based on your name I think you live fairly close to me so I doubt they'll be any regional variation between that rate and my local branch. It's about 0.1 below my bank rate so I'll get slightly better there even though I'll have to wait until the next day to collect it.

If you have a look at the "Travel money maximer" tool on this site it gives you the rate to buy online, guess it would be similar to the branch.

Rates online are better than in the branch - their website says to buy online for best rate and people have complained about the difference between the online and in-branch rates before.
