if they dont honuor this i think we should all boycot this retailer(not that i have bought from them befor:p)
if we dont get my son is going to be so upset,i dont know what to say to him???:(0 -
Yes mine says cancelled too, under "Payment" on order tracking and to contact customer services for more information. Although they have also taken the money from my bank account, as the bank phoned up to check it was ok. And the rest of the tracking page says that it will be delivered in 28days.0

I'm sorry but why tell your son when you didn't know it was going to happen. It looked doubtful from the start. No one to blame but yourself IMHO.
Anyway - my order has been cancelled!There are many things in life that will catch your eye, only a few will catch your heart. Pursue those.0 -
Just looking at their Ts&Cs
Under Orders it says :
"Once you have chosen your method of payment, you must pay for your order, which legally finalises the purchase agreement made with Pixmania."
So if they've taken payment I'd say that's pretty much it really.
Also, the 28 day delay may be a caveat because of the current flight situation - they're French, do they have a UK warehouse?
The crux of this is in the definition of payment."
This (pixmania will argue) does not mean "press the pay button" or even the money coming out of your account, but the money being accepted into pixmanias account. If they have caught the problem before their clearing bank has cleared the funds, they could argue that have not been paid - therefore no agreement.0 -
I asume they will cancel the entire order? I don't want the loyalty card!!

Although it was a nice try, guess there was nothing we'd get out of it this time. However, experience has shown that phoning them up makes them aware of the misprice, so those who phoned up may well have ruined it for all of us.0

my son was with me when i ordered the tv he loves looking at this forum,so keep your veiws to yourself,im sure all the people are upset that they didnt get the tv!!!0
