Surely, those who paid by Paypal should be okay?

The money was accepted, transferred to their account and we have a transaction/invoice record.
  • Has anyone recieved a cancellation email yet saying why they cancelled? I just know mines cancelled by tracking my order.

my son was with me when i ordered the tv he loves looking at this forum,so keep your veiws to yourself,im sure all the people are upset that they didnt get the tv!!!

by adding a ? to the end of a sentence means you are asking a question therefore people will post replies.

Im not upset we wont get one, but then i never thought we would anyway, so no disapointment here.

Again, I think it depends on whther the payment had cleared into the pixmania account, although I'm not sure.

Well, if he was up at that time of night he must be old enough to know not to take a tantrum that he's not getting his 47" telly. :p

But how would we prove wheter it has or hasnt entered their account.
Surely it wouldnt be up to us to prove it did but for them to proove it didnt.

no disapointment here either - as they old saying goes (c'mon , altogether now!) If it looks to good to be true yadda yadda you know the rest.

it was pretty obvious from the start it was a major misprice - pix would loose at least £1000 on each order

If the funds are available in your paypal account. Then it would be.

Echeques via paypal take 5 days to clear. I would assume they could cancel an echeque. I think that is when you load money through your bank.

If they had to accept the paypal payment, then we would have received an e-mail from paypal detailing that pixmania needs to authorise the payment and that the payment is temporarily on hold.

Where does it say anything about orders being cancelled? I am on the tracking page and it says I can "no longer cancel" my order and thats its been "validated by our customer service apparently".
