    Order cancelled, paid with bank card - money gone from account.

    Just remember that Pixmania are registered in france and my not be bound to the same T&C we have in the UK

    I paid by PayPal too, must be difficult for Pixmania to deny having received those funds as they are instant transfers! :p

    But how would we prove wheter it has or hasnt entered their account.
    Surely it wouldnt be up to us to prove it did but for them to proove it didnt.

    Their terms state the following;

    Once you have chosen your method of payment, you must pay for your order, which legally finalises the purchase agreement made with Pixmania.

    Those paid by credit card, the money was probably reserved. Those who paid via paypal, pixmania have that money physically in their account.

    So fingers crossed, is all I can say.

    Anyone remember the Amazon XBOX360 glitch before Christmas? Lots of cancellation emails and yet some still turned up if I recall. What can I say? I'm a glass is half full kinda girl! ;)

    I got my sons 360 for Christmas on this glitch!
