    Just looking at their Ts&Cs

    Under Orders it says :

    "Once you have chosen your method of payment, you must pay for your order, which legally finalises the purchase agreement made with Pixmania."

    So if they've taken payment I'd say that's pretty much it really.

    Also, the 28 day delay may be a caveat because of the current flight situation - they're French, do they have a UK warehouse?

    Someone posted this on hot deals

    0844 369 0372 was the number I used. I just rang them stating that I made an order last night and wondered what the status of it was. She said it will be validated today and then a man's voice in the background started saying something to her and she then put me on hold. When she came back she said that the item had been mispriced and that I would get a full refund if the money had been taken out of my account.

    A girl on hduk claims to have called up and been told it's a misprice they are aware of and that her order will be refunded.People do lie on the internet though, as I have learned to my detriment.....
