Interesting comments from people who went the concert on above link.0 -
Keep any information you can find about the poor concert, maybe local newspapers or anything you can print off from the internet. Then contact the promoters and aggressively pursue them. I know someone who did this and they didn't get a refund but they did get free tickets for another concert that the promoter also organised. It wasn't exactly what they wanted but it was another night out at the promoters expense! However, they did have to be "persistent" with the promoter.
If you got poor service from a hotel/holiday/meal you would expect some sort of reimbursement and I can't see why this is any different providing that this is not just your personal view of the concert but the view of the majority who attended and the critics.0 -

When i see people with that many posts on any message board they are either extremely knowledgeable or too much to say about nothing.

Exactly, where would it end?
Refunds for Cinema/DVD's if you don't like the film? Refund for a theatre show as the actor forgot a line? etc etc...0 -

To the poster above that knows someone that got a chargeback actioned regarding the concert.
Fair play, your bank are a bunch of mongs with all due respect.
There is no way at all that Visa/Mastercard or amex will uphold the chargeback. Rest assured you will see that come back within the 45 days allowed.
NO CHANCE. im really amazed someone even bothered to try that for you, lets hope they get fined by the relevant company for processing bogus chargebacks.
to the OP as stated above you have no chance mate sorry. Take it on the chin, you got no avenue to get reimbursement. I heard on radio she was terrible, however you paid for her to perform, she did( all be it murder).

As YOUR the one asking and the other poster is replying i would guess at "extremely knowledgeable"
Some people spend their time advising others while others spend their time watching Whitney.
You paid to see her live and thats what you got.
How do you feel you lost out?0
