Where would my partner get a self certifiifcate form from if he's unemployed???

I've only worked in the benefit for 18 months or so. The SC2 can still be sent in if the claimant so wishes but its not part of the evidence requirement.0 -

Some people send endless !!!! in with their claim whether its needed or not. If someone feels better for sending an SC2 they can do so. Form SC2 is only used to self certify for SSP purposes where an E/R does not have their own form. The instructions on the form are clear. If a form SC2 is submitted with an ESA claim, it should be returned to the customer who needs to be advised it is not needed.
