Please help - Acer is ripping me off.

Hi, thanks for your advice, yes i have asked for the money back, have texted him, i get ignored, i have rung him, he doesn't answer, i even went to his house with my friend, and he told me he would post it, as he had no money, he said when he was paid he send it to me, but nothing, he ignores me, i thought about emailing his girlfriend on facebook and tell her, but i thought why bother, hes ignoring me, he lives in Glossop, i 22 miles away from him, its not like i can just go and visit him, and feel i cant now anyhow, i feel really awkward.

He uses a running website, i thought of going to OUT him on the forum and let his mates now what a loser he is, but i then didn't do that.

I only have text messages as proof, i had nothing written in handwriting.
