    Viewing A Must!!

Said the blurb of one house I viewed. They were right. The place had been totally stripped out, no kitchen, no banisters on the stairs... you get the picture, except there weren't any internal pictures, of course.
My first reply was witty and intellectual but I lost it so you got this one instead :D

There’s no excuse for such poor work. Simple typos should be picked up by proof reading.

The agent I have onboard for selling my mother’s Torbay flat is incapable of stringing together six words without making blindingly obvious errors, and he’s the manager!

    Some examples:
    • …that probate is still being sort…
    • …so I always air on the side of caution…

So if he, as the manager, has to proof read an employee’s work, he’s in big trouble.

Additionally, he doesn’t know what should be in a HIP, he doesn’t answer direct questions, and whole paragraphs within his emails don’t make sense.

For dealing with probably the biggest purchase of their customers’ lives, why do countrywide EAs employ people who appear so clueless?
