i googled it earlier,Ames, it's sorta like group cycling on bike machines, and there is a trainer giving you instructions like ' out of your seat, we're going up a hill'... that sorta thing...Cats don't have owners - they have staff!!

It looks amazing fun, see here. I found it way back when I was calorie counting and always wanted to try it. However I am way too fat and think I will snap the pedals off the bike. Them bikes are not cheap either
