    Finally sense is re-stored!

The only witness didn't turn up...and the prosecution were still planning on pressing ahead with the trial.

When it actually got in front of the judge he said the case was to be dismissed and 'this nonense needs to stop now'

I was soooooo relieved - the charges were extremely serious but ridiculous too!

Very happy and now very drained - feel like I could sleep for a week. Thank you all again for your continued support - I really appreciated it!

    :D

Was secretly thinking 'surely the judge will see sense when it comes to trial' but stories you hear nowadays about the ridiculous things that happen had me wondering. But, justice has been served. So pleased for you JC :j

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Jc - that's fantastic news!! Bet you are all relieved

Work was a bit quiet today as half of my teens were ill - mmmm....I don't quite believe that they are all ill but not much I can do about it! But the half that were it worked their socks off and did loads of their educational work. To be honest, it was easier without the whole group being there as I could concentrate on those who needed help, and then when I borrow my colleague to assist for the rest of week, I can concentrate on those who missed whilst he does somethign else with the ones who were in. They left at 2pm, so I sat outside in the sun and assessed some of their files, then skived off early at half 3 :D

Dinner tonight will be HM celery soup with a roll. I made the soup yesterday.

I'm excited that Glee is back on tonight :j:j but will now miss Flashforward so will have to catch up with that later in week.

    Have a good evening all
