link is to a you tube vid of him doing alleluia which, if I remember rightly, is a favourite song of a lot of flyladies...

toots you naughty thing... you are hereby ordered to have the weekend off.. remember how nice it was sitting outside with a book ignoring us all.. get some rest womanbefore yo do yourself an injury!.. It is a lovely feeling though feeling like you have accomplished something worthwhile!

I will see how I feel tomorrow but I am hoping to make a start on sorting the boys toys.. I haven't done any since they came back after their room was decorated at easter and my bathroom and landing are both filled with boxes of their rubbish!

STAIN BLOCK PAINT.. like this one.. but ours was macphersons.. cos the trade place is at the end of my street!.. Covers everything except... red permanent marker!! GGRrrr

Greenbee - following in your steps I have a friend coming around who I parted company with a good few years ago. I'm in a different place now and feel able to build some bridges and this is partly inspired by you doing it so thank you.
    .
Just remember, if you still feel you were right to cut the ties, then that's fine too. But by checking when you're feeling more able to deal with it won't be a weight on your mind. Hope it goes/went well.

I'm glad someone is keeping an eye on her... :D

BTW... my PA is STILL working... she'll work till she delivers (I've told her to disable the webcam, just in case :rotfl:). Due date is 17th may so I'm not sure she'll hang on that long. She's having contractions 5-10 mins apart, but there's been no change in the last 48 hours. She's also been throwing up constantly for the entire pregnancy and has hardly gained any weight, so I suspect she'll be relieved when it's all over!

I didn't get anything done today as I intended - woke up with a headache hovering, and then it got worse. I don't usually take anything, but had to after lunch, then felt really spaced out! When I felt better, I pottered in the garden and greenhouse, and potted up some seedlings.

I'll do the cloakroom and bathroom tomorrow, and the kids can do their own bedrooms over the weekend - although DD is off to London to see Russell Howard - she got free tickets thanks to MSE!

I want to finish planning and then go to the allotment. There's a Hardy Plant Society meeting on Sunday afternoon, and I really want to go - it's the last indoor meeting of the season, and I have hardly had time to go to any of them this year.

School has gone well this week - the little horrors obviously got out and about over the holiday, so were more relaxed than usual when they came back after a break.

    - DS1 had problems with tablets, really difficult when he was very ill. When he was recovered, I taught him to take tablets, using a multi vitamin tablet - I chose a small one to start with, then we worked our way through different brands with bigger tablets! Start with capsules if you can, as they are easier to swallow.

Toots - how are you? Look after yourself!! Love and hugs to you, Lady-Liberty and Diva.

    ps greenbee -
    how's the garden getting along??

I can't do tablets either Valli.. I can manae the sugar coated paracetamol caplets too.. and the teeny tiny amoxycillin capsules.. the ones that are less than a cm in length.. I end up with double doses in lower concentration because I am pathetic!.. it is ridiculous because I can swallow peas and beans and pieces of food.. I just really struggle with tablets.. round flat paracetamol.. I crunch them and have them with a cuppa.. I can't do juice either!
