  • Morning everyone, firstly Mumof5, thoughts and cuddles are with you today.

Secondly, and I might be a bit out of place here as I have only been here a little while and don't really know much about any of you, but over the last couple of days, I have been amazed by Pigpen, from what I have picked up over the last few days, I have to say, that I think you are a truly amazing and inspirational lady, to do all that you do and take everything in your stride and come out smiling and ready for the next day, it is inspirational. Sorry, just felt I had to say that. :o Please don't take it the wrong way, I am not very good with words.

Today, as my study consists of a box and a laptop at the end of the sofa, I am substituting Study fore Conservatory, as I think tomorrow will be Conservatory, Kids Room and Spare room, of which I have all three. If I am feeling really adventurous, I will try and catch up on washing and previous days. Right, kids breakfasted and dressed, off to start the day.

LOL I've been told I'm gonna be shoved in a bin bag and lobbed down the garden, like I care :D but then I'll start to smell and have cats and stuff crawling all over me, so then he'll just end up with another job on his list of things to do and end up taking me to the tip or digging me a hole, he didn't think it through properly did he.

Off to work now, ciao xx

And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.

No I wasn't at the Autism one, the one I spoke at in London last month was the conference for the 'national' aiming high parent participation agenda, was some reps from the hull forum there......we have a FB group for regional aiming high parent reps (will invite you) but they are setting up a pilot for a national forum too. Every area is spending aiming high slightly different because different areas need different things, some have good services in some arees, somes static like the short breaks how much goes in but some isn't like how it's used (that is how we were away last week) You've probably met a few of the reps from here, they did your first conference :D I couldn't get a brat sitter. You'll know Kathy too, nutter.....hehe titchy world. Health has been our biggest challenge, because of budget mainly ***grumps*** but we'll get there.

Actually going to have to miss meeting tomorrow, haven't been able to get to sleep yet and I'm not well enough. Will do my assignment instead if I can focus enough.

Kathy is fabulous.. quite possibly one of the more 'normal' ones on th forum.. a spade is a spade lol..

We are looking to set up a male carers group this year.. should be interesting!

Thank you.. but I am no more amazing than anyone else here.. I have weeks where I am as miserable as sin.. I hink those who juggle full time employment with children and a house are pretty amazing, we all have challenges in our life.. it would be very boring if we didn't.. You have to muddle through or you lose the plot! My lifes motto (or one of them)..

Don't worry about anything!.. If you can change it, change it, if you can't you find some way to live with it!

It helps keep your head on track!

    todays mission...

CoD's in the girls room.. it is rather overwhelming in there so needs tiptoeing through.. though binning all their toys is looking like a good idea!
