    Hello everyone

Not switching lappy on until Im done the cleaning list part of my day is working for me..
    :j:j:jList is done:j:j:j
I also went over the lounge again and washed the windows outside (normally only do inside...when Pigpen tells me to) and I've vacuumed downstairs too.

I've done everything on my flight plan except for:
    Dinner (DH is on earlies),
Another batch of Q's clothes (will do this afternoon)
    Banking (After bedtime)
    Bedtime routine

Im going to do some of Q's stuff whilst DS has lunch (hotdogs and cheese), and then we are going to watch Julie and Julia (arrived from lovefilm) and then when DH gets home I'm going to do some baking with DS to keep him out of DH's hair for a bit.
Im really starting to feel energetic, but am trying to pace myself so my body copes...tricky one to do.
Mumof5 Thinking of you. Another “don’t worry about what you wear”, when I buried my mum I wore a white dress. She always used to take white flowers to funerals and said it was because the colour white would provide light for the departed’s journey to the other side.
Cally I keep sachets sewn up of basic cotton in with my linen, filled with Borax. Keeps all the “gogo’s” away and is not a problem for us humans.
Thifty sorry about DH. Mines the same with doctors, but a fine one for nagging me when he thinks something is wrong-and checks my medication packages too!
Soappie glad to hear everyones home safe. I must sound very selfish but I’m loving the peace and quiet-and being able to see stars at night, we live very close to London City Airport (my poor brother lives a few streets away), and whilst its lovely to take DS to watch the planes land and take off, its horrid having one overhead every minute. They are going-just not as often right now. Having said that, three of my friends are in South Africa on holiday and cant get home just yet-which is very funny because they’ve been complaining about the cold there.:rotfl:
Diva hope you’re having a peaceful day to compensate for the sleepless night.

I would if it would have any effect..

FINALLY.. found the letter for DD4's pituitary function test.. with her very competent endocrinologist :D

I have shredded 2 binbs worth of paperwork too .. and it is rather nice sitting here so I may go shred some more..
Shoes emptied into the shoe cupboard so I have a set of empty plastic drawer things I cannot decide whether to put the boys carp in it or the baby bedding.

OH building the last CoD's in the front room.. so I need to clear some floor in the girly room next..

and I appear to have developed a rather large abcess on a broken tooth.. so I need my scalpel finding.. :D

    afternoon all,

I haven't caught up so i hope everyone is well.

Nev & her friend have been over trying to work out the sewing machine. We have made some progress and now know how to thread it and do the bobbin. The thread keeps snapping though and we think it's because i've only got normal thread, so i'm going to get some special stuff and see if it helps. Ds2 and i are about to go out in the garden for a bit before the school run.

    Today i have

Stripped Ds2's bed after he wet it last night for the 1st time since he was potty trained
    Made beds
    Opened windows
    Collected laundry
    Wm x 1
    S & S Bathroom
    Tidied & hoovered living room
    Put dry dishes away
    Washed up
    S & S Kitchen
    Made & eaten lunch

Sorry thrifty lol.. I am the least squeamish person on the planet so just don't think..

*H*.. I know exactly what they think of me.. it is written in my notes lol.. but I don't care. 'difficult, know-it-all' kind of sums it up.. I prefer 'assertive and informed' myself :p

Holly it is most probable the timing is off and it needs servicing.. if it is an old treadle like mine is they are horrendous for losing a beat!

Shredder filled again... and it is a good job I checked.. her appointment is the 11th not the 17th!! Can add it to my diary now.. and my phone.. I also have the joint appt for her and DS2 located so will put that in the diary too (6th July)

Curiosity almost killed me so I rang and left a message for MW to call me back.. I can't stand not knowing why they rang!!! I am certain it is nothing important just an update on the bloods they did 6 weeks ago.. they got sent off elsewhere and had to be cross matched with OH's to see if the baby is likely to be adversely affected by the antibodies I have acquired..

Now to clear the bed of the half ton of stuff.. though I may finish clearing the bedside table first.. see if I can find the top of it to wipe!
    More washing hung out
Bunnies outside in their run with their new tunnel which they are enjoying moving about all over the place.. must muck out their cage while it is empty..

HHC anyone? 2-2:30.. then I have to do the school run.

    AND I FOUND...

£107.50 is tesco clubcard vultures.. FOOOOOOOOOOD!!!!! lol

If the thread keeps snapping could it be something to do with the tension? I had an old machine that was so pernikety with the tension. I had to ensure I had exactly the same thread in the bobbin as well as the top thread, and had to play about with the tension for ages until i got it right. It might also be worth looking in the bobbin holder and see if there is any gunk or any thread stuck as that can make the top thread snap as it's trying to go through the gunk at the bottom IYSWIM
