Passport Express service - Irish passports

I sent off my UK passport for renewal on 1st June,did'nt use the check n send,just the usual one & recieved my passport on the 16th.
I could have gone with either UK passports or Irish passports. But passports for five children plus me cost £175 - nearly £150 less than UK passports would have cost us. For that saving, I can wait an extra week or two!0 -

Absolutely blueberrypie. And if you have a 16 or 17 year old "child" they are classed as an adult for a UK passport but a child for an Irish one so the saving is even greater. :T0 -
yay passport sorted out eventually thank god emailing them seemed to have helped speed it up a bit for me so that may help some people travelling soon0
