Hi,so why are you still commenting then? if you believe my post is answered then i don't see the need for you to comment. especially with the attitude you have.
I think it is you who has the attitude - I pointed out straight away that you had no rights ... someone else stated that I had already told you the answer - you got annoyed with them.
Internet retail is different to bricks & mortar retail - now if they had sent you the goods, well that would be different.

i posted a question, for people to answer. not for people to leave silly comments, like a few have. i asked for help with something i was unsure about. i would appreciate no more comments now the question has been answered0

In this context, your rights instore are pretty similar.yes i wanted to know about my rights online as i know these differ from regular instore shopping
As you work in retail you will know that no shop has to sell an item at the price shown on a price ticket.
Put it another way... you do not have a right to buy the item at the advertised price.
If that price is wrong and they sell it to you at that price it is either goodwill or another mistake.0 -

I think people are replying with silly replies because they think the idea that someone has to sell you something for £0.00 is silly too...
Also your attitude sucks when your answer was replied to, and someone pointed it out again, they reason why they commented again is because you !!!!!ed when your answer was already answered - if it was already answered why did you yourself then comment further

Well you seem too stupid to pick up on the already valid answer - or is it the fact it's not what you wanted to hear? If the latter is the case then I'll tell you exactly what you want to hear, they're in the wrong and should make it right, if they refuse you should sue.
This at least will provide fun for the rest of us...0 -
You haven't bought anything, as you haven't paid anything.
I take it you have a transaction on your card for £0.00,so that's why you think they should honour it....British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
