But do you tell the credit card lender you have been bankrupt..
No i dont, cause the bankruptcy is no longer on my file and this is all they check. Saying that not a lot of lenders ask the question anyway. Applying for a mortgage well thats a different story, you would have declare your previous bankruptcy then.0 -
See what your saying, i think applying for a mortgage is a complete different ball game..Think you would have to tell them then..0

Agreed you should declare on a mortgage, but not on a standard credit application (only if the BR is no longer on your credit report).0
