Applied for vanquis last evening. Got a refusal last year,but this time I have just had a text saying they are going to call me this afternoon to progress the application...? Just wondering if I am in luck this time.:)

Just had the call and seems that I have been accepted. Another milestone on the road to recovery after BR. Got the bank account with cheque book,car finance and now a CC:jJust need a good woman now:rotfl:or a bad one:D

Who did you get the A/C with chequebook with and also the car finance? I am BR so just curious:) Also when were u discharged?

The Co-OP bank have a cash minder account which gives you a debit card even if you are bankrupt

Thanks Monty, I have a Cashminder which is sufficient for my needs, just very curious about how an Ex BR got and account with a chequebook as I was aware that only Co-op and Barclays accept BR.
