Either way i'm sure it was mis sold rebated or not.
Yep you are right, was a fairly small rebate though again considering only 9 months passed.0 -

Hiya
Thanks for this.
Been looking through all the bank statements of the years of the loans, I see where rebates have been refunded into the actual loan statements shown where rebated and on the loan statements where no rebates are shown no rebates on bank statements. Baffling.
Even a month after settling I could not find any details.
Still worth checking just in case.
Cheers.:);)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Right just to update my thread.
Now entering week 8 from when I put in the 4 complaints.
LTSB upheld the 2 later loan complaints very quick so hoping they will refund that shortly however still waiting on there final response to the other 2 after I wrote back again. Guess they will write back on the last day of the 8 weeks.
Have to admit i'm watching for the postman at the mo. Its usually either ppi related from 1 of my creditors or a dca, also from 1 of my creditors.:D
Have got several others to do when I get around to it.0 -

Customer Service email dept are pretty good and will normally get back the same day, or the following day the latest, you could just ask them for an update to ease your mind, I'm sure they won't mind.:D;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Result.
Letter today advising they have upheld the 2 they originally rejected.
Strange though as this letter was just 1 page advising they had upheld. No answers to my barrage of questions in my last letter
Think its in the region of £3k + interest but tbh its probably even a bit more but dont wanna get ahead of myself as the gits have just defaulted me on my credit card.
Me 4 - Lloyds 1
Loads more to go though and theyve got nothing more to hit me with now.:)0 -

Have to admit I was very worried when the ombudsman leaflet fell out of the envelope but soon cheered up upon reading
Who was it that does all the working outs on here?
Be nice to have an idea what should be what.0
