            I have booked with Alpharooms for accomodation in the past on a number of occassions - hassel free. Booked accommodation for 2 days in August in the UK back in January. Alpharooms have stated accomodation not booked due to 'linking error' alternative accomodation offered in June. I am still awaiting confirmation and vouchers. I have forwarded serveral emails, all remain unanswered. I have sent a letter via recorded delivery unanswered. Contacted trading standands, ABTA and my credit card company. I would book with Alpharooms at YOUR OWN DESCRETION.

            I wouldnt use them again because if you need to make any amendments to your booking it doesn't seem possible. I've been trying for a month now. I have a confirmation email that states my correct arrival/departure dates but when I log in online I'm a day short. I thought I'd made a mistake when booking but now I have no idea! So I'm not sure what is correct and they keep saying that someone will contact me. Try hotels4u.com - I've found their prices are much the same.0

            Be very careful with Alpharooms!!
 I have mailed and left so called support calls but all are ignored. Have been on the phone for over 6 hours in total waiting but, despite the supposed 15 minute waiting time (even at 8am opening time), it has never been answered.
 We are due to go away this Tuesday but have not received any flight details at all (booked over a month ago - no e-ticket. Ignoring calls, mails and support messages - what can we do?
 They are an absolute disgrace! :mad::mad:
 What can we do? Have been on hold now for 1 1/2 hours.0

            If you know which airline you are booked on you could try calling them to confirm your booking.0
