I use them about two or three times a year and have never had a problem - they are nearly always the cheapest deal.
Only problem is when you have circumstances like the volcano as you have to pay up front so will probably lose your money

Just thought I'd update this thread as I used Alpharooms a couple of weeks back!
Booked a hotel for 5 nights half board in Palma Nova, also booked a transfer from the airport for 2 people aswell through alpha rooms

Got all my paperwork emailed through quite quickly which told me everything I needed to know, just need to make sure you read it all.

No problems with the Transfer company (jumbo tours) had to ring them 48 hours before the return journey which is fairly normal with alot of transfer companies, got to the hotel and no problems at all, they found my booking straight away.

Ive used them twice - once for a flight an once for accomodation - Both times it did what it said on the tin. I had no reasons to complain. Infact when we got to the hotel we had been upgraded from 1 bed apartment to a 2 bed

i use them regularly. twice last month, and again for 2 weeks time.
i also used them, and others quite a lot over the last 3 years.
i have had only 1 problem.

i was booked up during the volcano nonesense, and could not go. i rebooked my accommodation through them and got a full refund for the trip i cancelled/amended.

you can only tell how good these type of firms are when you get a problem, but so far they have been fine for me.

Used them loads of times with no probs. I allways check hotels on trip advisor. Worth trying Travel Republic as well they are sometimes cheaper than Alpharooms

Just back from 4 nights in Vegas. 260 quid for the Wynn. Absolute bargain!

Would definitely use alpharooms again
