Oops been missing for a few days 🙄

Greent, that’s funny I didn’t see the photo you posted until now! Very cute 😬 Thanks for the birthday wishes KP and to Jak you must be mad ploughing through this waffle but thanks for taking the time 😆

Mother day is very relaxed (no surprise there!) I’ve had a card from the cat and dd - the boys don’t believe in cards, and some candles, chocolates and hot tub bath crystals. Food wise I’ve had a small icel@nd delivery today so we can all have pizzas so I don’t have to cook.

Its been a rubbish week really, dh has had terrible toothache and won’t get an emergency appointment, I’ve had my throat issues again (tight throat caused by anxiety as before I think) it can be impossible to get peace here sometimes, mostly I enjoy it but sometimes it’s a bit much!

Work is still up in the air for dh, they should have let him know a month ago if he’s keeping his job, but I’m still on furlough so it seems wise to not rock the boat right now and see what happens. He’s cracking on with doing the log cabin as a workshop and it now has a new floor and roof and today he’s boarding it out inside.

Anyway i hope everyone is having a good Mother’s Day, it’s certainly a strange  year again.

Went for a walk with best friend today, first thing while it was freezing and poured, then came home to sit around now it’s sunny and dry 😆
Not much to report except the purchase of some tops from cr@w clothing form the flea bay store, they are a bit old for me according to dd 😁 but I’m in very scruffy tracksuit bottoms and T-shirt’s since lockdown most days so I wanted to smarten up whilst not having to dress up and they were nice pastel colours 😊

    Cheers sc and greent 🙂

The personal spending money will soon be easily spent again once the shops reopen so I needed to make the most of it 😆

Lively evening tonight as it’s was the final of drag race on tv and dd is a massive fan, her boyfriend is not but managed to get sent a Ru Paul gift box of goodies through work so she was beside herself and dressed up 😊

The budget is not going well for food this month and we will be short unless I find extra elsewhere, I might stop the online shop now and go back to Lidl, just checked online and my last trip was before Xmas, it would give me something to go out for too!
