Unfortunately she seemed to become more lethargic, I was intending to speak vet in the morning but decided to ring today her just incase, she said the antibiotics should have already taken effect so she should be better not worse. We took her in and she said it could be a matter of days or even possibly hours, her lymph nodes were still enlarged and it would not be a pleasant death. We decided not to put her through that

both ds2 (she was "his" dog) and I stayed, even the vet was in tears afterwards.

Aww NG I am so so sorry to hear that. I never understood how much they become part of the family until we got a dog of our own. Big big hugs to you all.xo
