Great result on the replacement from l@keland. Re: your weigh in, remember to also be motivated by how your clothes feel. Very little actual weight loss can result in huge transformations in body shape.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0

Hi
Out of curiosity what do you think of the heated airer?0 -
Weigh in could have been worse -1.5lb off, this week I will be eating the same stuff but a bit less
Hi keeping motivated, the heated airer is the best thing I've ever boughtit can be left on permentaly if needed (it is needed in this house!) dries about 2 loads including towels, double sheets , jeans jumpers etc. In about half the time with no musty smells if it's wet heavy stuff. Plus it means I can leave the heating off a lot more, oh and it's 6p an hour to run whereas I read online the tumble is more like £1 an hour.

I took ds 2'to the cinema last night to watch an old favourite-Donnie darko, fantastic to see it on the big screen for the first time , when it was released originally I was mum to a four year old and 1 year old twins so didn't get out much! Anyway it has to score 10/10
Back again tonight! It's second time round for Star Wars, this time taking my brother who missed the boys day out to see it as he was ill, plus my great aunt who is carer for my grandads brother (her dh) poor thing is currently in hospital and she sits there all,day every day to keep him company bless her , so I'm glad she is getting out.
No money spent yesterday bit plenty of petrol being used  think that will be the tricky part of the £100 everything else budget this month.
Food spends are still low and we have a ton of nice fresh fruit - mangoes, blueberries , pineapples- it's the stuff I would normally think twice about buying in a dearer store, plus loads more and a fridge full of food. It's a combination of no alcohol being bought, shopping at Aldi again and cooking simple healthy dinners from scratch. It can be done on a budget, it's just a lot more faffing aboutMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
What a day! First I reversed off my drive and hit a car that was overhanging it by a couple of feet (don't know how has I wound down window and checked) it was a small dark car in the dark though. I left a note and my number as it's quite a lot of damage to the back but have not had a call yet although the car is gone, first time I've hit anything in my whole life. Then then a horrid busy day at work, I might have to go in my day off tomorrow too, then home to a power cut and I had exactly 1 hour to have a shower and cook dinner before my great aunt arrives to go to the cinema!
It is soooo cold and I am grubby and hungry!!!MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
Still no call from the driver of the car I've hit! My neighbour thinks she has seen the car before and it's probably local, very strange.
Star wars was great again last night and my great aunt appreciated a break I think. There's lots of good films out this month so that's helping me in the evenings - less time to eat and miss the wineMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -

I bet they hadn't taxed it or some other misdemeanour and they feel unable to pursue it through your insurance without exposing themselves to a prosecution.0

Well I've had the call
she was OK about it, although she wasn't sure what to do so I gave her my details and told her to contact her insurance company (after apologising again obviously!)
It's snowing here tonight, I am so glad as my good friend and her son are moving back to Thailand permenatly at the end of the month and he has only ever seen a tiny dusting of snow, I've just spotted a Facebook photo and they have managed to build a proper snowman :snow_grin
