Thanks a lot. I have managed to change the channel of the router to number 4, then I lost connection on the laptop as I also changed the security to WPA from WEP so had to change the settings on my laptop too be be able to connect again. I assume I will have to change it on other PCs and PS3 too, will do tomorrow and will see if that improves the speed. Thanks again.2014 - Lisbon - February

Hi glad you are getting sort of sorted, however the graph shows lots of strong signals in the kids' room so you may still need to buy a homeplug/dslan or similar, but if it does improve keep an eye on the neighbours, that's Broadband Britain I am afraidThanks a lot.
