CCP Am making your butternut squash & spinach quiche for tomorrow's meal - can't wait!
It wasn't one of mine, unfortunately - I can't remember whose it was either, but hopefully whoever it was will identify themselves. It did sound scrummy, though, so I hope you enjoy it.
Your cheese and vegetable flan sounds lovely - I'll have that on my menu when the weather gets properly warm, I think. At the moment I'm sticking to colder weather food - it's warm enough during the day for me to eat salady stuff for lunch, but by the evening it's chilly enough that I appreciate something hot for dinner.Back after a very long break!0 -

Sun: Roast or BBQ (WD)
Mon: I think I have a lasagne in freezer
Tues: Beef meatballs (whoopsied), HM tomato sauce and pasta
Wed: Pork Stirfry with noodles
Thurs: Chicken curry (using leftovers of HM sauce from last curry feast in freezer)
Fri: Gorgonzola PastaGC 2010 €6,000/ €5,897

The flan is fab and so easy just roll the pastry out to the required size and put on a greased tin. Score about half an inch from the edge and plonk the ingredients on. The sides where you have scored rise up all puffy & crispy and the cheese melts etc. It is very yummy & very easy0 -
