torys, in a bid to save help plug the deficit, will ensure those caught cheating the benefits system 3 times will get their benefits stopped for 3 years....So, have they discussed any policies for the lazy familys yet?
(theresa may was last week asked how much this policy might hope to save.... she didn't know..... asked how many people last year were caught doing this..... she didnt know..... answer? 0 people. £0 saving
)
....labour will give them more free laptops and bb so they can gather on forums discussing how best to avoid getting caught in the first place :cool:We cannot change anything unless we accept it. Condemnation does not liberate, it oppresses. Carl Jung

well OH says he might vote lib dem now (but did ask me if that was okay and were they more on the side of the rich people?!) think it was gbs war talk that put him off.
nick's closing speech is a bit weak and reminds me that his opener was too. seems like their all just saying the same in a different order for their end speeches. although cameron didn't repeat his comment about labour doing many great things over the last 13 years.
i'm beginning to see a lib/lab coalition as a possiblity. two more debates to go.
wonder why they put cameron in the middle and not clegg?Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves. - Lord Byron0 -

to ask the questions.0 -
I read that the audience was going to me a fair mix of age and nationalities, it's far from it! I have only seen a hand full of under 25 year old's, and they are the people that don't vote, that should be learning and asking questions. The voters of the future.0

He had a chance I think to come across better, but let himself down with the attacking. Cameron let himself down by being drawn in, even though I did think at the start he wasn't going to be drawn in.
Others will see it complteley different, depending on strengths of alliegance I guess.
Edit: ARGH! Browns doing it even in his last speech. Attack attack attack. !!!!!!, argh!
actually i thought clegg did more attacking than brown. and interestingly attacked the tories a lot more than labour......Those who will not reason, are bigots, those who cannot, are fools, and those who dare not, are slaves. - Lord Byron0 -
There was debate...not all debates end up with cleaver doing a comedy show and the white horse riding by with his ''cillet bang''.
what is interesting is how in lots of cases prejudice was confirmed. I'd go with clegg having done the best.0 -
it's good to see that people are judging the next government on how an individual comes across on TV instead of the policies and future policies of the their future governments.
it's tragic0
