I know the Graze boxes are delicious PAP, but wouldn't it be more economical to buy packs of dried fruit/nuts/olives/seeds/rice crackers etc from somewhere like Julian Graves or Holland & Barrett and make your own Graze box? Just a thought. They are quite expensive when you consider the amount of food you actually get.

Definatly Suzy, in my shop today I brought a ton of dried fruit and got popping corn from Holland and Barrett. I think I will maybe have one a week (as a treat) but not until next month. My aim is to try one different food a week, this week hummus which I am making myself :T

Ooh I LURRRRRVE hummus. Try it with warm, toasted pitta bread to dip into it (if you're allowed....not sure if you're doing CD and, if so, exactly what you are allowed to eat).

There is a restaurant in London called "Hummus Bros" and that's all they sell...with loads of different 'toppings' and lovely warm pittas. And THE MOST delicious spiced tea. Droooooool.
