Double complete bed set £9 at Debenhams [CLOSED]

I ordered a single and a double set. Money taken from my account for both earlier this week and have just discovered that yesterday my account was refunded the price of the double set. No communication from Debenhams at all and items are still available to order on the website. Am waiting for a reply to my email to CS.
At least Woolworth kept me informed (probably a little too informed actually) when they had a problem with Nemo and Incredibles!0 -

Hi, I didn't want five but the website kept crashing. I think others have also had this problem! I have tried to cancel but their customer services are so slow. Please don't blame me for you not getting your order.:(0 -
I was just considering why anyone would order 5 unless it was pure greed as has been shown when offers like this happens . As you state the site crashed numerous times so your explanation is honest . Others gloat sometimes in order to annoy people , that gets me annoyed .0

Feeling better already. Thank you. Sorry your order was cancelled. I am not holding my breathe that mine will actually be delivered. If they do it will be double duvets for all at xmas time!0 -
Ordered the single bed set but have checked account status to find that it won't be delivered until 29th Aug..... No sign of any nectar points though.0

I pressed button to many times as website was really slow plus it kept going on page cannot be displayed , but luckly they sent a reply to my email and have cancelled the other orders which were made in error , so hopefully will just get the 1 now and hope i have not confused them and they cancelled them all lol
Btw they were still in stock when my duplicate orders were cancelled , hopefully everyone should get theres , if i dont get mine then its annoying but i am not to bothered.0 -
Had an email telling me they would not be able to deliver in the time given, I emailed back and asked for the delivery charge to be refunded as I now have to go and purchase a bed set ready for guests this weekend! :rotfl:Sig ah Sig Ahhh0
