Hi,
I have received a leeter today from Citi Cards announcing they are transferring my account to CCAM.
Apparently part of the agreement is that CCAM will be able to request changes to the Ts and Cs.
Does anyone know CCAM or what the implications of this change may mean?

CCAM is a new company registered in Ireland and they purchased the Citi branded credit card portfolio in the UK which was about 539,000 accounts.
Letters were sent out to customers to say nothing will change until transfer complete, some customers may also see Clarity mentioned and a phone number of 0844 561 1715 and there is a lack of visibility of implications of move at the moment.0 -

Obviously you have not heard of the banking crisis. Thats why they had to sell. Also they are now looking for a buyer for the Egg cc.0 -

**Bump**
Just wondering if anyone has called Citi cards recently to enquire about any Balance transfer deals since their transfer to CCAM?
As posted on another thread, My balance is 0 and I don't know whether to keep the account open for possible BT offers or just close it down.
I will never use it for retail purchases as I get cashback and loyalty incentives on other cards.
Perhaps people could post up here if they get offered any BT deals? I will call them later and let you guys/girls know.

Phoned and asked a couple of weeks back, but no Balance xfer deals. Phoned again today to close account and no offers to keep my custom, they just closed it - not too worried as card had served it purpose anyway.0
