Citi Credit Card accounts transfer to CC Asset Management Ltd

I cleared and closed my Citi card a few weeks ago. Getting through on the phone was one problem. As soon as I said I wanted to close the account they put me on hold and then the phone went dead.

After a couple of farcical re-runs of the same scenario, they did deal with me, gave me a settlement figure and agreed to close the account. They didn't ask why or attempt to keep my business at all. I can't believe they want to lose all their customers - or else they won't have a business left, but I assume they only want to keep the people who are happy to pay them 21.9% interest.
