Hi everyone, just catching up on the post. Im in a lot of pain, with my ribs on the left hand side. They were getting painful last week but now its getting unbearable. A few weeks ago i had pain in my right rib but that wasn't as bad and has stopped. I want this pain to go away.

I had my driving lesson yesterday and it went well.

MS mine too have been painful - I think as we get bigger bubs pushes up into ours ribs, feels like a lot of the time his head is right in my ribs. Had to take some paracetamol the other night as couldn't sleep due to pain. I read that bouncing on a ball may help, going to try tonight. Also in your first pregnancy can ease when bubs moves into position for being born in a few weeks, but in other pregnancies this could happen quite late so no relief!

Thanks Sir monster. I will see if my dh will take me to get a ball later. Im nearly in tears with it, and its making me feel sick. I will try paracetamol. The thought of enough 11 weeks of it make me want to cry. I hope that your ball helps you.

Can the ball be a gym ball?

A gym ball did me fine last time around... And my pregnant friend borrowed it afterwards...

Have you tried sitting right on the edge of your chair and putting cushions behind you and leaning back to stretch your ribs out a bit and give yourself some room for a minute?

    Hurrah! Glad you are ok.

Enjoy the rest of your week off.

We're off to France for 2 weeks next week, I can't wait to get out of this place (work) for a bit!
