wow Xmas that is an impressive bump

I wanted to ask about Bio Oil actually. i have some and use it on and off, does it actually seem to work?

Delain they dont like giving their seats up round here but i have found people to be more than generous when it comes to helping with the pushchair i dont knowwhy they are so polite with one thing but completely ignorant with the other.

I think bio oil has more of an effect if you use it before you get stretch marks it doesnt seem to be doing alot for me at the moment other than keeping the dreading itching at bay :-)

MV when is your scan again?

I don't bother with bio oil, I got a few stretch marks with my first not too bad considering I was huge, none with the 2nd - I'd already been stretched I think, not too huge that time either. This time I think I am gonna get them bad. Tummy feels stretched already. I just think if you are going to get them you will and no amount of oil will help. My friend was seriously stressed about not getting stretch marks in her first pregnancy and applied loads but still got them and worse than me.

I've already got a full set of stretch marks from DD1 I don't think any part of me is unscathed!

At least they have faded over time though.

Little monster is beating my insides to mush today:eek: She hasn't stopped since I woke up this morning.

It's been quite a good night, only woke up a few times and the frozen water bottle really helped. Can't stand tepid water!

Wonder how pigpen is? Hopefully Squeak is being good and staying put!

My scan is on tuesday MERFE. Hoping that this time next week we'll be happy bunnies and I can start to get excited/feel it's real.

I agree on the stretch marks. I think if you're going to get them you will, although moisturising probably helps keep the skin soft.

I have them anyway on my thighs. never had a problem anywhere else, but am prepared for them.

Xmas: Lovely Bump yours has a nice shape, mine seems to stick out so high! I cant actually see any stretch marks on that pic? I am using Bio Oil and I think I am starting to get some stetchies. I am not sure if it makes any difference as I know I will still get them but I enjoy rubbing the stuff into my belly and hips, its quite relaxing!

I do like the smell of the Bio Oil.

And it's nice that it doesnt seem to be overly greasy when you put it on.;

Trust me kitkat they are there in all their fine purple glory i think the light is too bright in here to pick them up which is good as it makes my tummy look better lol. With my 1st and 2nd babs i only got them below my belly button but with last bubs and this one they have crept all the way over my bump thank fully i seem to get away with my thighs and my bum which means i can still wear a swimsuit but bikinis are a no no.
