Just wondered, does anyone think a gym ball might help with my SPD? Just seen one on Argo website for £5, might be worth a go?

Courgette-My midwife advised me not to use a gym ball with my SPD as she thinks i could make it worse. Have u tried being on all fours? It supposedly takes the weight off the pelvis therefore easing the pain a bit. Hope your ok xx

I did have an amazing, wonderful dream though that the baby turned (last I knew s/he was lying across my belly) so head was in my pelvis which made things more stable and less painful. Does anyone know if this could actually happen?

Yes it can happen towards the end if baby engages their head acts as a stabaliser for your pelvis its no miracle cure but it certainly helps relieve it and can make it more managable:jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -
