    Hi Folks!

Hope everyones well, good luck MGEB!!!

Thanks for the best wishes from everyone re poorly me, been to docs today and i have labrinithitis + low blood pressure + possible anaemia which all adds up to a pretty dizzy me!! Off work for the rest of the week nowso planning to relax as much as poss

My doppler arrived today and for those that were asking i would say its not for the faint hearted (literally) couldn't find hb this morning, found it for a second this pm then found it proper tonight but it took about 30 mins, i was surprisingly calm throughout though think with it being my 3rd and the fact that MW took a good few minutes to get it at last appt, if you can be calm and patient then it is fab!! think i may just have a naughty baby!!

Hope everyone is well, loving all the new FB friends although i may forget who everyone is, I've added my mse name to my profile the bit under my pic so peeps know who i am x

My gorgeous ellie: hope u have a quick and easy labour. Look forward to hearing updates.

Bit of a silly question: what exactly do pregnant women do with a gym ball?! OH blew mine up this weekend, I've had it years used to use it for exercise a lot, but do you just bounce on it?! Sorry if I sound very stupid!

lol i think it is mainly used to ease pressure on your back as it opens our pelvis and the balancing can help take the pressure off you, i used it during my last pregnancy for back pain, think towards the latter stages it is for optimul positioning and pain relief with moving baby forward and down

Kitkat it helps to sit on it as tink said you can also lean on it if you get on all fours and gently rock when your labour or before if you can manage it :-) x
