I HAVE been doing the EPO (both ways, sorry if TMI) but desperation has called for it. It doesn't leak out (sorry if anyones having dinner or anything). I started just taking the capsules but it wasn't doing a blimmin thing so thought sod it...i seriously would resort to anything now though, hence asking hubby to do his own sweep! I'm contemplating caster oil if i even dare go a day overdue and usually i'd be so so so against caster oil method.
LOL Oh thats ok hun. I get set off by stupid things :rotfl:Yesterday I cried because I scolded Gordon, and then I cried telling DH about it :rotfl:But atm I laugh as Im crying because I know how stupid im being
Have you done any pamper-y type things, like a face mask or have a good exfoliate? I was thinking about that earlier when I got stuck in the shower (another thing that made me cry)......or get a girlfriend round to paint your toe nails?
Do you have a gym ball to bounce on? A walk every day? im racking my brains of all the things they tell you to do....
I know for one I wont be eating pineapple.... cant stand the stuff :eek:Wealth is not measured by currency0 -

Lol, i dont think my belly has ever been on show again after DD either. I was determined for the peircing not to close so kept it in till i absolutely had to take it out - BIG mistake!Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0 -
Evening all - hope everyone is ok. Not had chance to read back yet but will do in a mo.
I've ordered an angelsounds doppler today off ebay - never even thought of getting one with my other 2 pregnancies but I am mega anxious at the moment with having the appendicitis/surgery etc and baby being a bit quiet. Think it will be worth the money to put mine and oh's mind at rest.0 -
Hello everyone :hello:
Feeling the strain todayfeeling really achy and sore and hormonal and tired and a miserable cow (and that's a hell of a list!)
Excuse my rant, it's finished now!
I feel left out now because I don't have Facebook, but I must say I don't miss the accompanying drama
oh hun, big hugs and a massive cup of tea xx
You're not missing a great deal on FB, although I love it.... if it wasnt for FB I wouldnt have my lovely husband, gorgeous pug and fat porky baby growing away inside of me xxWealth is not measured by currency0 -
MGEB We always lived the 'other way' Hove area...I actually grew up in Portslade until I was 8/9yrs old. Since then me and dh have lived back in Hove twice, once in a flat right on the seafront, for a year, just the two of us and then we moved back down for two years when our eldest two were tots and lived in the Hangleton area...
I have actually dreamt many, many times that I have moved back down....a few dreams involved me leaving dh because he wouldn't come with me. Don't know the Peacehaven carvery, but have a few friends who live in Peacehaven/Newhaven:)Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
Awww thanks CAFC
I did have it many moons ago but boy did it cause trouble  no more! :rotfl:Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o

I read yesterday that when your around 26 weeks to get your OH to put his ear to your belly and he might be able to hear heartbeat, tried this last night and it worked! OH was amazed how he could hear the heartbeat and movements without the Doppler. Baby then decided to keep kicking his ear!
Cannot remember where I read this, but it was very kool
Think I'm aching so much from my 1st day back at work, I'm off again on Friday to treat my mum for her birthday but then no leave until maternity leave end of July! nooooooo!0 -
Lol - i know what you mean CAFC....i feel like crying over ridiculous stuff too. I'm usually a toughy as well, haha! Yeah, gymball - been bouncing on that alot but DD sees it as a toy and bounces all over it knocking everything around the living room, including nearly knocking herself out so it winds me up. I usually take myself off for a relaxing bath but it's hard in this house as little madam follows me absolutely everywhere - even for a wee, lol! I actually have an enterouge (sp?!?) absolutely wherever i go in this house...i am followed closely behind by DD and two mutts
Well as for eviction methods, looks like doing the deed with OH is completely off the cards, he's too scared of hurting baby now, haha. Pinapple - i have had some but it's all too stingy on my tongue and i can't hack it, lol. EPO and RLT - doing both reigiously and nadda! DIY sweep - nothing left to sweep......erm, stairs, we have 3 floors, i have been up and down like crazy. I think this baby is just far too comfy. I have even done star jumps but knackered myself out too quickly
and it hurts my pelvis
Hot curry - well that just gives me a bad tum, i suffer with IBS so the pain is the bit that is unbearable or i'd go for it.
And TBH i can't think of anything else!
Thats why the most extreme one caster oil is looking like a possibility....but i will ONLY do it if i am really really really desperate. Sorry if TMI but the theory is it gives you diahwoowoo which means your stomach contracts and in turn kicks off the uterus contractions too. But it's not nice, coz then you just feel rough while in labour and have to make sure you don't dehydrate.
The worst thing for me is my origional due date is next week. They put it back to the 25th after a couple scans. Thing is i know theirs is wrong as then my first preg test with the extremely faint line could never have been true as i simply wouldn't have been conceived yet (i was TTC so all dates were in my diary). My own dates from all calculations is 15th so just 5 days away, the original one they went with was 17th, so near enough spot on to mine. Then after 3rd scan (i think) they changed it to 27th (DD's birthday), then next scan back to 25th. So you can imagine my frustration - it's crazy!Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0 -

Think of it like your EPO you dont have to insert it you can take it orally and get good results ;-)
Edit: Just heard my sil has gone into labour so we should have a lovely little niece by tomorrow hopefully :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0
