I LOVE that dress and shoes Laura, I so hope it all looks great on you (as I am sure it will).

Where are you going for your friends birthday?

    Just out around leeds.
The dress just arrived and I tried it on and all I know is it fits... but not what it looks like as I am at work. The shoes are nice but a but tight so I'm thinking of ordering the size up and seeing how they feel and returning whichever is worse! :p Or both, and find some shoes somewhere else :p

I have just checked my Experian Credit report (unfortunately had to pay as had free trial before :( ) I also added the ' check score'facility as a one off to see how things have improved in the last 18 month
Not only is everthing as it should be on my report (good news- no dodgy fraud :) ) but my score is showing as 999 (the best it could possibly be!) so I'm really hopefull that my application for the santander card will go through without a hitch

Now I'm off to cancel my membership so I don't pay again next month :)

Oh and the dress looked terrible and the shoes are definitely too small so they will be winging their way back to Very, shortly. :)

Well, I'm off into town shortly. I will return the sandals to next I bought. I don't really need them- £36 back on my card. And I will arrange Very to come collect my stuff on Monday so that will £70 heading back on my card. So back to square one - £100 to spend on an outfit!
I have had to change my plan of wearing a dress or skirt as I fell over yesterday (not over anything, of course, just over myself!) and totally took all the skin off my left knee which is very sore today! So, jeans and a top it will be :p

I've just checked the very website and there collection policy is they come pick it up from your home. But don't give a dat eof when they are coming- so I'd have to leave it outside somewhere for them to collect. Sorry- but I'm not gonna leave £70 stuff lying around outside my house. I think I'll send it via Royal Mail and the post office. I'll send it on either Monday, or Tuesday at the PO next door to work. Anyway, not impressed by their collection service

Ok- so after spending some seriously depressing time shopping I have deceided to re-wear the dress I wore to the Opticians Awards last weekend. It fit, it looked ok- I even looked ok in the photos. ;) It's knee length so my scabby battered knee will be mostly covered up and bonus- I don't need to spend £100 on a new outfit.

Now, because I'm not 100% sensible I will treat myself to some Lancome face powder (I'm gradually upgrading my makeup bag to high quality stuff in preperation for wedding makeup!) and then pay a chunk off of my credit card. :)

I'm feeling a bit humph today :( I've deceided to go to the doctors today and speak to them. I think, at best, I have IBS. I tick practically every single box for the IBS symptoms, it's been going on for years and I've just been ignoring it but it's starting to make loosing weight difficult and I need to sort it.

At worst- I might have coeliacs disease as the symptoms are very similar and I have family members with coeliacs disease, as well as my mum having diverticulitis which all have similar symptoms to IBS. I just need a doctors diagnosis on the IBS as I won't get any help or sympathy from OH while 'it's all in my head' :I-miss-the-rolly-eyes-smiley: And I'll ask doctor to do a blood test for coeliacs disease just so I can know for 100% sure it's ruled out.
