    Right Tony,

On way back yesterday stood a deer on one side of roadworks, while another hare crossed to other side.
Rainy, slow, but that's the M1 for you atm.
What was I doing on that all the way to Junction 13, having wheeled back from Junction 14 so I could at least be on track going East?
Not too sure myself, suspect I should have taken the Hatfield bit out of HH...but I'm here now.
Every time I come down, it's different.
Sort them out please Signor S!

Tony, this one HAS to be for you AND down to you - just back from gym.

I know you've always kept fit and today, first session into my 2nd half of GP referred 12 week plan, I actually doubled my previous joined up best on the ABSOLUTELY HATED Cross Trainer. . . . .and without realising!
Also, another lady not seen before[at same stage, it transpires]also exceeded her personal best with no clue how or why.
Anything in the nature of miraculous+moi+gym is DEFINITELY for you - so utterly unlikely I'd grab it if I were you.

Toodlepip - eat shortbread, trial Lavender Cake and report back.
It may not be your thing.

    Hello Bb1nil -

I've not 'met' you before, but I reckon your signature alone is worth passing on to Tony.

    WELL DONE YOU!

Hi MOT, I remember following your old posts, what terribly sad news. Wishing you both lots of love and strength, and as much happiness as you can find in your time together x

It's been a slackish old day, Tony, after a very early gym start.
Have finished Le Carr!'s 'A Most Wanted Man', which absolutely should be required reading in every corner of every government as well as for the general populace.
Today's moment was when a peacock butterfly landed on my right knee and sat preening its antennae for over a minute before flying off.

    Hi
I've been following some of this elsewhere, can only say that some people have an awful lot thrown at them and I wonder how I would cope in the same situation.

I did put I-T on my list of people I ran Race for Life for, and a few people commented, so must have known the story.

Try and get some time for yourself Julia x
